Eagle One Services, LLC, is available five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Saturday appointments are offered upon request.
It's really simple to schedule a property inspection with our company. Either click on the Schedule an Inspection button, or call our office at (650) 365-4778 during normal business hours. You'll be asked to furnish some key information about the property. Once this information is provided, a price can be quoted, the inspection agreement can be sent out for your review and approval, and your appointment is made!
Important Information
- Payment in full is required at the inspection in the form of cash, check or VISA/Mastercard. We can bill to escrow upon approval for an additional fee.
- Please be advised that inspections cancelled for whatever reason with less than one (1) business day (24 hours) advance notice will be subject to a minimum fee of $ 150.00, as we typically cannot re-book the timeslot.
